intake: 15 quality street and a frozen yoghurt. roughly 700 calories. i seriously have to stop eating the winter chocolates! but my mum bought low-cal hot chocolate today, so that’ll help indeed. also did an hours run with the dog, so whatever calories that burnt can be subbed (:
